The business owner/executive can then remain focused on running their business during pre-construction and construction.
We walk you through the land search and building search process, zoning and permitting requirements, design and drawings, cost estimates, financing, and, if necessary, construction management. We act as the owner’s representative while working with the local government, architects, banks and construction firms, shielding the business owner of unnecessary stress and excessive mark-ups or change orders.
